Pricing
Plans are metered on two things: AI generations (knowledge-base builds) and AI replies (shopper chat messages). There is no product-count limit on any plan. All plans are billed through Shopify on a 30-day cycle and appear on your Shopify invoice.

Unlimited AI replies on the Pro plan are subject to a fair-use ceiling of 20,000 replies per billing cycle. Billing is handled by the Shopify Billing API — Arus Labs does not receive or store your payment card details.
