Answers on the product page, before the shopper leaves.
An embeddable storefront widget that lets shoppers ask questions about a product and get answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, or the store's own AI — grounded in a knowledge base built automatically from the merchant's existing catalog.

Subscriptions, licensing, support, and infrastructure are managed centrally across the portfolio rather than per product. This is how billing and customer obligations are actually handled.
Shopify apps bill through the Shopify Billing API, so charges appear on the merchant's existing Shopify invoice. Arus Labs does not operate a separate card processor for those products and never receives or stores payment card data.
Every product is licensed as a subscription to hosted software, not a one-time download. Access is tied to the installing account or store, is non-transferable, and ends when the subscription is cancelled or the app is uninstalled.
Support for every product in the portfolio routes to a single desk at [email protected]. Free tiers receive email support; paid tiers receive live chat. Escalations are handled by the same engineering team that ships the product.
Products run on managed cloud infrastructure with encrypted transport, access-controlled databases, and per-product data isolation. Data deletion follows each platform's mandated timelines, including Shopify's GDPR redaction webhooks.
